2. Healthly is not a medical organisation, and staff cannot provide medical advice. Information within the App is not a substitute for professional consultation, evaluation, or treatment. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, manage, or cure any medical condition.

3. The App’s Services are provided only in jurisdictions where legally permissible. Content is limited to available educational information and should not be relied upon as complete or exhaustive.

4. Users should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions or changes to dietary habits, exercise routines, or supplement use. Extra caution is advised when reducing calorie intake below Healthly’s default guidance or undertaking fasting.
