At Healthly (operated by Eljam PTY LTD), we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so at any time.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your account directly through the Healthly app:

1. Open the Healthly app.

2. Go to the More tab.

3. Select Settings.

4. Tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

If you prefer, you can also request account and data deletion by contacting our team:

Please include the following details in your email:

The email address linked to your Healthly account

A clear request to delete your account and all associated data

We will confirm your identity and process your request as soon as possible.

Important Information

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.

All personal and health data you have provided will be permanently removed from our systems, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.
